On April 18, 2016, Bodhi Healthcare Group signed a contract with Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital to carry out diabetes hierarchical diagnosis and treatment projects. Song believes that hierarchical diagnosis can optimize the allocation of medical resources in China, but currently "information isolated islands" widely exist among or within every hospital, so big hospitals and basic-level hospitals fail to realize interconnections and the patients' information cannot be shared, which makes it difficult to implement two-way referrals. This is the important reason why it is difficult to implement hierarchical diagnosis.

The "Diabetes Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment Project" will take advantage of the hardware and software of the intelligent equipment provided by "Bodhi Intelligent Doctor Workstations", combining hospital experts and brand advantages in this field. According to the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment operation scheme born after a long preparation and argument, joint service bodies will be formed with grass-roots community medical institutions, which is expected to break the regional medical information limitations, facilitate ICT application in regional healthcare, and realize the interconnection of medical information in a wide range. Thus, diabetes hierarchical diagnosis and treatments will come true.

During this partnership, Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital will use Bodhi Healthcare cloud platforms and intelligent doctor workstations to realize diabetes hierarchical diagnosis and treatments, and evaluate the expenses incurred in the standardized management and life quality for diabetes patients, providing powerful evidence for reasonable allocation and use of medical resources.
