In order to relieve the shortage of doctors in private hospitals and public hospitals at prefecture and county levels, and accelerate the implementation of multi-site license policies, Bodhi Healthcare Group, a subsidiary of BAHEAL Group, and China’s Association of Non-governmental Medical Institutions held a signing ceremony for the medical talent exchange platform “Huiyi Wang” on the morning of September 18 in Beijing to carry out the medical human resources service plan. Mr. Zhao Shugui and Mr. Hao Deming, both vice president of the Association, and Mr. Fu Gang, Ms. Song Qing and Mr. Lin Zhenkun, Chairman, CEO and COO respectively of the Board of Bodhi  Healthcare Group, attended the signing ceremony, along with 20 media of the industry.

On the ceremony, Mr. Zhao Shugui, vice president of China’s Association of Non-governmental Medical Institutions stated that “Presently, non-government medical institutions are faced with insufficient resources and unsmooth exchange channels; private hospitals and the public ones of prefecture and county levels are lack of experienced specialist doctors, doctors that have rich experience for complicated operations, as well as academic talents leading the department establishment and development. By working together with Bodhi  Healthcare Group, we expect to build an open, transparent and convenient human resource exchange platform, so that local hospitals and non-governmental medical institutions will have an access to qualified doctors through Internet technologies to strengthen the team of doctors”.

Actually, multi-site license policies are not well implemented as expected in some areas despite various preferential policies. Medical talents are also faced with a couple of issues, including a good training mechanism, the title assessment, channels in need of multi-sited licenses. All these need proper settlement and solutions.

Mr. Fu Gang, Chairman of the board of Bodhi  Healthcare Group, said that “We work together with China’s Association of Non-governmental Medical Institutions to initiate and develop the talent exchange platform, hoping to resolve the problem of the shortage of doctors in local hospitals and non-governmental medical institutions. At the same time, the platform makes a precise match of those institutions’ demands with those for multi-site licenses from experienced doctors in public hospitals. This will help promote the reasonable flow of doctors”.

In the conclusion, a couple of media asked spokespersons for questions. Mr. Lin Zhenkun, COO at Bodhi Healthcare Group, indicated that the platform will provide practical human resource services, development and support for the sound and prosperous growth of private hospitals. Meanwhile, it will help Chinese non-government medical institutions to enlarge their service supplies, improve the efficiency and quality of their medical services, and complete the medical care service system. Through sustainable, orderly and positive development, the institutions can meet people’s demand for multilevel and diversified healthcare services.
