On October 22, 2016, Bodhi Health Group and Promising Light Inc. USA signed a cooperation agreement on overseas healthcare projects, establishing a long-term and mutually-beneficial strategic partnership, and providing overseas doctors with "medical education, remote medical treatment, home occupation, cross-border healthcare" and other services.

Bodhi Health and Promising Light reached an agreement on the cooperation of the following three aspects: firstly, the building of doctor brands. Bodhi Health will build brands for the core experts from Promising Light with the help of a professional team to introduce frontier doctors to China. Secondly, joint services for doctor education. Bodhi Health will play its advantages of resources and platforms in China and link Promising Light with domestic hospitals or medical schools, to carry out medical education on a regular basis and bring advanced medical concepts of the United States into China, helping the Chinese doctors to improve their diagnosis and treatment level. Thirdly, the drive of remote and cross-border healthcare. The platform of Bodhi Health can pertinently publicize Promising Light in an effective manner in China, look for hospitals, doctors and patients with actual needs, and build a bridge between the U.S. doctors and the Chinese patients, enabling more Chinese patients in need to receive the world's top medical services, and providing a sound foundation and safeguard to optimize cross-border medical experience for the Chinese patients.

This agreement is an extension of Bodhi Health's overseas marketing strategy after the signing of a long-term cooperation agreement with the Chinese Medical Doctor Association on August 20. It will promote medical information exchange between China and the United States in line with the cooperative principle of "link with the world, healthy life building, long-term cooperation, mutual reciprocity and benefit".
