In the morning of May 19, Mr. Huang Jiefu, member of the CPPCC Standing Committee, Deputy Director of the Education, Science, Culture, Public Health and Sports Committee, former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Health, and President of the Chinese Hospital Association, led experts from Education, Science, Culture, Public Health and Sports Committee and Chinese Hospital Association to take part in the program of "Offering Three Types of Medical Services to Rural Areas" in Yuanling County of Huaihua City, Hunan province, thereby making solid progress in poverty alleviation by providing medical services.
